VERY EXCITING NEWS FROM MAHOPAC MARINA

On February 27, 2013 the NYS Court system officially announced that our docks at Mahopac Marina, which we have been unable to use, are now open for use!

The Court officially decided that, for the past 14 years, the issue we have been fighting, which was to prove that our permit from the State of New York to build our docks, was valid. The town felt it was not. Well, it’s over. The Courts have spoken and decided that we have been 100 % in the right all along, our permit is valid and we followed the proper channels to build our docks!

We would like to thank all our loyal customers and friends for standing by our side and believing our family had NOT broken the law. Thank you for working with us through this time while we were so limited on our space.
